The former Metro Station frontman, who is the son of Billy Ray Cyrus and older brother to Miley, was in a seven-year relationship with the Suite Life of Zach & Cody actress.
On Thursday, June 12, the 36-year-old took to Instagram Stories to unload a series of shocking accusations against his ex. It all stemmed from a comment on a post suggesting people could understand why the 37-year-old Disney alum “left” him.
In his response, Cyrus claimed it was actually Song who deceived him. He alleged that she stole thousands of dollars and fabricated serious health issues, including breast cancer and a brain tumor.
“It was all a lie,” he wrote, claiming that after his mother confronted her, Song was so humiliated she “never showed her face around my family again.”
“Thanks for reminding me of another scenario where I was a great, loving person and someone did me wrong for no reason,” he added.
The 'Shake It' singer didn’t stop there as he went on to accuse the Secret Obsession star of staging an abortion, alleging she'd fabricated it with “fake blood covering the bathroom floor".
He claimed that he and his mother rushed her to the OB-GYN, only to find out the ordeal had been fabricated. “That’s when all the lies started unraveling,” he said.

In another detailed post, the 'Dark Road' singer described how the Running Point actress purportedly faked brain surgery.
He said she showed up at his house with a bandage on her head, claiming to have had the tumor removed by “the best surgeon in Chicago".
But when she “ripped it off,” he alleges, there was no sign of any procedure. “She didn’t realize we were catching on to her lies,” he wrote.
Cyrus concluded one of his posts with a message of concern, saying he hopes Brenda Song is “doing better mentally".

The couple, who went public in 2010 and announced their engagement in 2011, confirmed they were expecting their first child in a statement in 2012 before splitting up that same year.
Song went on to date Macaulay Culkin in 2018, and the couple got engaged in January 2022. They now share two children, Dakota, four, and Carson, two.
Doubling down on his claims, Cyrus highlighted the personal toll of discovering the alleged deceptions, describing it as an unexpected betrayal from someone he once loved and supported.
In a previous Instagram message in February 2018, he had acknowledged Song’s positive influence on his music, writing: “I’m extremely happy for her. She inspired me to write countless songs and was such an important part of my life. I will always cherish songs… to remind me of our crazy 7 years together," per Daily Mail.
Cyrus has stated he will not be speaking with the media further and plans to privatize his Instagram account by Friday.
