Lily Phillips has opened up further about her "pregnancy" announcement that shocked her fans.

The 23-year-old took to Instagram on February 19 to share a video in which she cradled a noticeable baby bump, captioning the post: "baby phillips coming 2025."

In the footage, she gently stroked her stomach and declared to the camera: "It's official!"

Alongside the video, Phillips posted an image of two positive pregnancy tests, with one indicating she was "1-2 weeks pregnant" at the time of testing.

Despite the seemingly straightforward nature of the announcement, many fans have expressed skepticism about whether the pregnancy is real.

Some social media users speculated that the post was a publicity stunt, with one commenter warning: "If this fake news, you will once again break the image of creators and show how far they are willing to go for £ and views."

Other reactions included accusations of "Hate Bait" and claims that the announcement "seems fake," while another commenter wrote: "I hope it’s not fake cause that’ll be a pretty sick joke."

Well, it turns out that those fears were spot on.

Phillips has confirmed to News.com.au that she isn't actually pregnant and that it was all roleplay.

"Lily’s career choice... involves role play, acting, and storylines to follow trending categories and hit target audiences in the adult industry," her publicist told the outlet.

"Have a look at age-old p*rn categories/niches such as breeding, pregnancy, etc. And correlate Lily’s job with that.”

Phillips initially made headlines after publicly attempting to set a record for sleeping with 1,000 people in 24 hours.

While she did not achieve this goal, she did document an encounter with 101 men in 14 hours - a feat captured in a documentary by YouTuber and filmmaker Josh Pieters.

The film provided an inside look at the physical and emotional toll of the experience, showing Phillips visibly distressed in the aftermath. At one point, she admitted: “It’s not for the weak girls. If I’m honest, it was hard. I don’t know if I’d recommend it.”

Describing the day as “intense” and a relentless cycle of “one in, one out”, Phillips eventually broke down in tears, overwhelmed by the experience.

Elsewhere in the documentary, she admitted that she did not use protection when having oral sex, as she was unaware that you can catch STIs from it.

Either way, Lily Phillips is not pregnant, probably much to the dismay of many who warned her against lying about it.
