Scott Disick has revealed his plan to move back to New York, throwing up questions about what will happen to Mason, the 15-year-old son he shares with ex-wife, Kourtney Kardashian.
In the first episode of season seven of The Kardashians, which premiered on Thursday, the 42-year-old father-of-three and native New Yorker candidly spoke to Kourtney’s sister, Khloe.
“So I’ve been thinking about it for a minute,” he said, “the fires were kind of crazy and everything. California’s been kind of crazy. I think I might move back to New York.”
A visibly shocked Khloe then said what we’re all thinking: “Shut up!”
Scott went on: “I just don’t really have that much reason to live in Hidden Hills anymore.”
When asked about what would happen with Mason, Scott dropped the bombshell: “He’d probably move with me.”
Khloe had a lot of questions, asking in a VT: “Moving to New York? Where the f*** is this coming from? What are you gonna do with your kids? Are they going to be bi-coastal? Are you getting rid of your house here? Does Kourtney know? How does she feel about this? Are you still gonna film the show? What’s happening?”

Talking about what might happen with his other two children, Scott said: “The biggest thing is obviously Penelope and Reign and how much – and how easy – it would be for them to be there and get back and forth. And me [to] come back and forth. But I haven’t talked to Kourt or the kids or anything like that yet.
“I’d have to figure out the plan of how often I would see my kids, obviously. That would be the biggest factor. But I do kind of feel like that’s what I want to do.”
It sounds like this conversation is just scratching the surface of what we’ll likely see develop later in the season, but this decision could send shockwaves through the family, especially for Mason.
In February last year, the eldest son of Kourtney and Scott opted not to join his mother and two younger siblings on a month-long family trip to Australia with Kourtney’s new husband, Travis Barker.
Kourtney later revealed: "Mason isn't wanting to come [to Australia]. He's a teenager and wants to be with his friends and his dad."
She added: "I don't want to not see him."
