An OnlyFans creator has opened up about her career choices and why she has dedicated her career to helping disabled people experience intimacy.
Saurora Grace spoke about how she aims to help them build confidence and remove the stigma around sex and relationships.
While the Brit started with OnlyFans content online, she started to move towards a form of therapeutic intimacy.
She works with both disabled and able-bodied people.
The sex worker has helped clients with cerebral palsy, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, blindness, and muscular dystrophy, among other conditions.
Her sessions can range from conversation and touch therapy up to full intimacy - it depends on what the client wants.
In an interview with OMG Stories, she explained how many of her clients had never been in a relationship or ever experienced physical affection.
Saurora believes that disabled people deserve the same opportunities for intimacy as everyone else, and works to help many achieve this.
While Saurora speaks about being an intimacy practitioner and healer in the candid interview, she revealed that there are threesome sessions that she carries out with clients from time to time.
Some clients may want to focus on building confidence and overcoming anxiety, but others want the whole shabang.
The adult content creator revealed that some disabled clients wish to experience sexual acts with two people, and she often recruits her real-life partner to make up the numbers.
She explained that her ex-boyfriend wasn't comfortable with her career, but her current one is the opposite.
"I met my partner, who is incredibly supportive and can't support me enough, basically," she revealed.
Speaking about her career to him, she admitted: "I said, 'this is what I want to do and if you're not open to that that's fine, but we're not going to be together,' and yeah my partner was like, 'that's absolutely fine. I'll support you no matter what.'"
He even admitted that he was 'very interested in it' and asked to do sessions together, which Saurora saw no issues with.
The British sex worker revealed: "So my partner has actually met some of my disabled clients and we have done some spicy stuff together, because they want to experience two people, or be around two people having sex because it's one of their fantasies.
"And so my partner was like, well, yeah, it doesn't bother me in the slightest," she admitted.
The interviewer asked if he was 'completely fine' with her work, to which Saurora replied: "Yeah, yeah, yeah.
"He totally believes that, like, you know, why should there be so much shame around this sex world
