In a world that seems to only care about women's bodies when they've been tucked and edited, Chrissy Teigen is keeping it 100% real with her fans.
The 37-year-old has been praised for sharing a super honest post about her body just months after giving birth.
Taking to Instagram, Teigen shared a nude candid of her bathing with her baby girl, Esti, as the pair stared lovingly at one another.
Alongside the adorable snapshot, the mom-of-three wrote: "A boob that somehow hangs all along my side and deep purple lifetime scars but you are too perfect to worry about any of it!"

"Women's bodies are incredible," wrote one user.
"Thank you for normalizing bodies," another said.
A third added: "Thank you for being brave (though it shouldn’t be brave) enough to post [such] real photos. I think there’s a dysmorphia that is happening because everything is so filtered and contrived. This is just what people look like when we take down the veil. There is beauty in real. And in knowing that we sacrifice to make these beautiful little people. Our bodies are meant to be lived in!"
And this user was incredibly grateful for Teigen's post: "Thank you for this picture! Second time mama with a 3 month old and I feel like I don’t recognize this body. Bounce back culture is causing me to have a lot of self disapproval and to see a celeb with all the resources in the world show such a real pic makes me feel like I’m right where I need to be."
This isn't the first time that the Cravings founder has shared a picture of this nature.
Back in January, she gave her followers an insight into the inner workings of being a mother via an outfit photo.
But this wasn't a regular outfit appreciation post, as the model chose to show off the wet patches seeping through her dress after lactating.
In the caption she wrote: "OMW [on my way] to bandage together both my wound and 3.8-second clips of Beyonce performing in Dubai until I get a full HBO special."
At the time, fans took to the comments to commend Chrissy, with many praising her for her "authenticity."
One wrote: "Love that you are normalizing leaking through everything in the first weeks postpartum. You wake up at night and you’re like 'Is it pee? Is it milk? Or is it sweat?' So many body fluid options. Thank you for sharing."
The image came just over a week after the mom-of-three gave birth to her youngest child.
Esti was born on January 13, 2023, just five months after it was announced that the 'Chrissy’s Court' host was pregnant.
Speaking to PEOPLE about the excitement of expanding their little family, Teigen's husband, John Legend said: "We're all excited, and, you know, my kids are old enough to really be aware of what's happening, so they're really anticipating having a new sibling in their lives. And I think they'll be good at being a big sister and big brother."
Chrissy then added: "Since we did IVF, we knew probably nine days after we did the transfer that it had worked and we were pregnant. I told them very, very early.
"They knew that I was going in for the transfer, that we were going to go in and put this egg inside Mommy's belly. So they knew from the very, very beginning, and they knew there was a chance it might not work because that's happened before."
"They've been excited for a long time," added the star. "I feel like this is going to be the longest pregnancy to them because they've known since the day. But they've been really very excited."
