All five of the Culkin brothers are set to appear in a television series together for the first time.

A Culkin family reunion is headed to the small screen as Kieran Culkin's real-life brothers Macaulay, Rory, Christian, and Shane will star in his forthcoming animated series, The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the 41-year-old Succession actor will play one of the leads of the show, Dr. Plowp, alongside Keke Palmer who stars as Dr. Klak, and Sam Smith as Dr. Azel.

Additional stars in the upcoming Prime Video project are Maya Rudolph, who will portray Dr. Vlam, and Natasha Lyonne and Stephanie Hsu who are credited as Nurse Tup and Dr. Sleech, respectively.

The series will follow intergalactically renowned surgeons Sleech and Klak as they attempt to cure patients of anxiety-eating parasites and STIs found in deep space.

A synopsis from Amazon reads: "In season one, doctors Sleech and Klak take on a highly dangerous and potentially groundbreaking case and, in doing so, put existence itself in jeopardy. Although considering their dismal personal lives, oblivion might be an improvement."

In episode six, Kieran's character is celebrating a holiday with his colleague Dr. Sleech (Hsu), but just as their relationship is blossoming, the pair is joined by his space brothers - the Culkin siblings.

Entertainment Weekly reported that in the episode, Dr. Sleech struggles to deal with her emotional state because of the unexpected presence of Dr. Plowp's five siblings.

"Is this a sex dream or a sex nightmare?" she thinks to herself as she enters the room. "Why not both?" Dr. Plowp responds, before adding, "These are my brothers."

While the animated series marks the first time all five brothers are collaborating, they aren't strangers to working together.

When the 43-year-old Home Alone actor's career first took off in the '90s, he shared the screen with Kieran in the beloved franchise, as well as Quinn, 39, and Rory, 34, in 1993’s The Good Son. Rory also played younger versions of his brothers in his early work, such as Macaulay in Richie Rich and Kieran in Igby Goes Down.

Meanwhile, the show marks a return to acting for Christian, 37, and Shane, 48, who have mostly stayed out of the public eye over the years. Christian's only onscreen role is in 1994's My Summer Story, and Shane's is in the 1998 Broadway revival of Our Town.

The roster of siblings also includes sister Dakota Culkin, who sadly died after being struck by a car in 2008; and half-sister Jennifer Adamson, who tragically passed away of a drug overdose in 2000.

All eight episodes of The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy's first season will debut on Prime Video on February 23.
