It seems Hollywood has a potential new A-list couple after Dua Lipa and Trevor Noah were spotted kissing and hugging at a cozy, low-key dinner in New York City earlier this week.
Per the Daily Mail, the 27-year-old 'Levitating' singer and the 38-year-old South African comedian were photographed enjoying a candlelit meal at Miss Lily's, a Jamaican restaurant in NYC's East Village. The cute couple ended the night with a hug and kiss before parting ways.
Lipa was dressed casually in heels, baggy jeans, and a leather jacket - a deviation from her usually colorful ensembles - while Noah sported black trousers, trainers, and a khaki-colored jacket.
An onlooker at the restaurant apparently told The Sun: "They were quietly sat away from everyone else at restaurant. It was clear they were into each other and sat close together throughout the meal."
"They left together and walked, stopping for long embraces and on the second kiss with hugs," they added.
Lipa has been single for almost a year, with the British beauty splitting with supermodel Bella Hadid's younger brother, Anwar, in December 2021, per ELLE. The pair were together for two years, however, after a string of alleged crisis talks, they decided to part ways.
At the time, The Sun reported ahead of their split that: "The couple floated the idea about putting the brakes on their romance last month as traveling so much and being apart is proving tough. Their relationship is going through a crisis and appears to be on the rocks."
Noah was previously linked to Minka Kelly - the pair split amicably after spending two years together, Us Weekly detailed.
Back in 2017, Noah had joked about his flirting style to People, saying: "When I meet a woman, I'm still the kid in high school - I'm still like, 'Hi, my name is Trevor.'"
"Never open with a joke," the comedian also added. "It is the most horrible thing. Jokes require context. Without context, you’re just some random person who came and told someone they fell from [heaven] or some randomness, and if you mess it up, you look worse and it seems like an insult. No humor! Just say hello. That's it!"
Speculation about a potential romance between Lipa and the TV personality come as Noah, who has been the host of satirical news show The Daily Show for seven years, announced he was stepping down from his role.
