She shot to fame as a child star on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. But now, Sophia Grace Brownlee is expecting a baby of her own!
The 19-year-old Brit took to YouTube on Saturday (October 22) to reveal the happy news.
"I am here to tell you guys that I am pregnant," Brownlee announced in the video, which showed her sitting amongst pink and blue balloons.
She went on to explain that she kept her pregnancy a secret for so long because she wanted to make sure it was completely "safe" before sharing the news.
"So, I am 21 weeks today and the reason why I left it so long is that I always want to make sure that everything's completely fine and that everything's safe," she told her subscribers.
Brownlee explained that now that she has had her 21-week scan and everything looked good, she felt it was the right time to share her pregnancy with fans.
Watch the happy announcement here:"I was very shocked when I first found out, [and] I've got used to it now and I'm super, super happy about it," Brownlee continued, adding: "I can't wait to share this journey with you [on my channel]."
Although she didn't reveal her due date or the sex of her baby, Brownlee said that she knows whether it's a boy or a girl that she is expecting. She is also keeping the identity of her baby's father closely under wraps.
Brownlee and her cousin Rosie McClelland rocketed to fame when they were just eight and five years old respectively. After a video of them singing Nicki Minaj's 'Super Bass' went viral, the girls were invited to perform on Ellen DeGeneres's show, where they amassed a huge fan following and become known for their fluffy tutus and sassy personalities.
Now teenagers, both Brownlee and McClelland have continued to sing and dance as well as create content on YouTube and Instagram.
Brownlee's latest single, 'Little Things', came out over the summer, while McClelland's track 'Safe In Your Love' also came out earlier this year.
