Fans have voiced their concerns for Tammy Slaton after the trailer for the fourth season of 1000-lb Sisters dropped this week.
The third season of the reality show ended on a cliffhanger after Tammy, 36, was rushed to the hospital due to her health issues after she stopped breathing at a weight loss facility.
She made a recovery from the ordeal and was able to continue her journey of battling against her health issues and even got married recently.
As reported by People, Tammy married Caleb Willingham, 39, at Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio.

Speaking about the marriage, Tammy said: "You all knew me as Tammy Slaton, but now you'll all know me as Mrs. Tammy Willingham!"
The journey to the wedding will be featured in the upcoming fourth season of 1000-lb Sisters, but the trailer reveals that it won't all be a happy journey.
Fans have become increasingly concerned after the footage showed Tammy lying in a hospital bed, as loved ones worry about her deteriorating health.
In the trailer, she explains: "I’ve decided to go to rehab," and her sister Amy adds: "Her body is shutting down."
A doctor echoes the concerns, explaining that there is a real risk to her health, and her brother adds that if she doesn't have surgery, then she is likely to die due to her weight.
After TLC posted the trailer to Facebook, fans were quick to voice their concerns about Tammy's health in the comments, as they worry about her condition.
One person said: "I enjoy this show but very frustrating about Tammy not taking her life serious," with a second adding: "When I see Tammy it make [sic] me kinda cry. I have a son who it allot [sic] like Tammy. It breaks my heart."
A third person said: "Tammy is not helping her self on losing the weight it is like Tammy just gave up on her self prove to your self and the doctor that you can do it," and a fourth concluded: "She [Tammy] don't want to change!"
1000-lb Sisters returns to TLC on January 17, 2023.
