Fans have been left weirded out by a recent TikTok video of Kim Kardashian alongside North West who is dressed up as her dad.
The pair appear in the video - which has 2.7 million likes - with North, nine, dressed in all black, sporting fake facial hair, and mouthing the words to Ye's track 'Bound 2', which plays in the background.
Mom Kim, 42, can be seen dancing in the background and placing her arm on North's shoulder.
Many people will remember the racy nature of the video clip for 'Bound 2', which shows Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) riding on a motorcycle with a topless Kim straddling him. As the pair embrace, the motorcycle jumps up and down, causing them to move in a suggestive manner.
Evidently, this - coupled with Kim and Ye's now-estranged relationship - caused the internet to cringe a little when viewing the mother-daughter video.
One person tweeted about the strange song choice for a video between a mom and daughter, writing: "aside from all the weirdness regarding their situation, man, what a f**king awful choice of song."
"This is a bit weird," another added.
"Okayyyy.... this is a little cringe," someone else chimed in.
Though, not everyone deemed the video weird. "When my daughter was young, she had a video camera and made silly videos. The only difference is these are on [TikTok]. You guys read too much into things. Sure, Kim is trying to help her get followers so she has a fan base. It's the family's way," one user tweeted.
Ye has been in and out of the headlines for several months, as multiple brands and fashion houses - including Balenciaga, Gap, and Adidas - have cut ties and distanced themselves from the 'Gold Digger' rapper following remarks many deemed to be antisemitic.
In October 2022, the 45-year-old also sported a White Lives Matter shirt at his Yeezy fashion show during Paris Fashion Week - a term closely associated with a Neo-Nazi group of the same name that describes itself as "dedicated to promotion of the white race and taking positive action as a united voice against issues facing our race," per Forbes.
That same month, Ye was restricted on Instagram after he posted a screenshot of a text conversation with Sean "Diddy" Combs, where he stated he wanted to use the musician "as an example to show the Jewish people that told you to call me that no one can threaten or influence me."
Then, Ye was served a suspension on Twitter after claiming he wanted to go "death con 3 on Jewish people," an apparent misspelling of "defcon" - which is an alert state used by the United States Armed Forces.
Latest rumors about Ye appear to reveal that he is "missing," after his ex-business manager stated that he is unable to locate the rapper to serve him with a $4.5 million lawsuit, according to The Sun.
