To describe Twilight as divisive would possibly be an understatement.

Like Marmite and Jeremy Clarkson, you either love Twilight, or you despise Twilight, with a passion that is unseemly over what is essentially a harmless teen romance story between a centuries-old vampire and a young impressionable teenager... Hang on, did I say harmless?

Anyway, Twilight is a cultural phenomenon, there is no denying that, and, love it or hate it, it's one of the highest grossing movie franchises of all time.

The Twilight saga launched the careers of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart into the stratosphere as we all know, but here are some big Hollywood names you probably totally forgot made an appearance in the movies.

1. Lee Pace (Guardians of the Galaxy, anyone?)

2. Michael Sheen (he of many faces!)

3. Bryce Dallas Howard (yes, really!)

4. Anna Kendrick (now one of the biggest movie stars in the world)

8. Wendell Pierce (Suits fans, stand up!)
