How do you lose a guy in 10 days? If you didn't learn how with Andie Anderson's failed attempt the first time around, maybe you'll learn a few tricks from her second attempt.
That's right. There's officially going to be a reboot of your favourite romantic comedy How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days. In case you need a reminder, here's a trailer for the 2003 iteration.
Refresh your memory by watching this:The reboot sounds pretty similar to the story we all know and love. Quibi - a streaming service for millennials to watch movies on their phones - emailed Glamour the synopsis:
"How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days follows a glib young online columnist and an oversexed advertising executive who both need to prove, once and for all, they’re capable of being monogamous. They soon discover, however, keeping a relationship is harder than Andie Anderson made it look!"

Quibi has big plans to release content on their own app, which will include films presented in 10-minute-long episodes or chapters. So it's unclear if this reboot will be the full-on two-hour movie experience that us young women crave and deserve.

Instead, it might be more like those Facebook videos that automatically play one after another when you zone out scrolling through your phone at night. And there's a big difference between the two.
Regardless of the format, we do know that Guy Branum is going to write the reboot. If he doesn't sound familiar, just know he was a writer and story editor for The Mindy Project. So you know he's got the chops to do a darn good job with what Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey created.

We also currently don't know the release date of the reboot. And because Quibi doesn't launch until April, it's safe to say we'll have to wait a little longer for the return of the love fern.
