Adam Sandler has made fans very excited for his new movie, which sees him take on a serious role with an all-star cast.
Sandler, 57, is best known for his comedies which we've all come to love over the years, including classics like The Waterboy, Happy Gilmore, and 50 First Dates.
While some of his movies don't hit the mark, and it's evident that he's made them for fun, Sandler sometimes dabbles in the drama genre.
When you think of Sandler and more serious work, Uncut Gems is often the first movie that springs to mind, and for good reason. But perhaps a new instant favorite is on the horizon.

Sandler's upcoming sci-fi film, Spaceman, is set to premiere at the Berlin Film Festival next month and will be released on Netflix on March 1.
The trailer, recently released by Netflix, provides a glimpse into this interstellar adventure directed by Johan Renck, renowned for his work on the HBO miniseries Chernobyl, and adapted from the 2017 novel Spaceman of Bohemia by Czech author Jaroslav Kalfař, per Variety.
"Six months into a solitary research mission to the edge of the solar system, an astronaut, Jakub (Sandler), realizes that the marriage he left behind might not be waiting for him when he returns to Earth," reads the film's description.
Check out the Spaceman trailer below:As Jakub grapples with the impending collapse of his relationship with his wife Lenka (Carey Mulligan), a mysterious creature named Hanuš, voiced by Paul Dano, emerges from the depths of his spacecraft.
Hanuš is a giant spider who helps Jakub to unravel the complexities of his fractured marriage before it's too late.
The trailer shows Jakub 189 days into his solo space mission, struggling with the isolating challenges of deep space. When confronted by Dano's giant spider-like creature, Jakub confesses: "I'm losing my mind," to which the spider offers to help.
If the trailer is anything to go by, then the movie is going to be amazing and it's clear that people are very excited about it.
"So the thing is, this movie is an Adam Sandler drama, so it's going to be great. But it's also a Scifi - and uh, Paul Dano is a giant intelligent spider? These are the movies that need to be made," one person tweeted.

A second person said: "This is the film we’ve all been expecting out of Adam Sandler. I look forward to this," while a third added: "The Adam Sandler best actor campaign starts now."
Apart from Sandler, Dano, and Mulligan, the star-studded cast includes Kunal Nayyar, Lena Olin, and Isabella Rossellini. Colby Day is credited with the screenplay, and the film's producers include Channing Tatum, Reid Carolin, Peter Kiernan, Michael Parets, Tim Headington, Lia Buman, and Max Silva.
We need to have a serious conversation about how wide Adam Sandler's range is.
