Emma Stone lost out on an Oscar on Sunday night - but rather than be bitter, the 30-year-old stepped up and supported the hell out of all women at the Academy Awards - this including both her friends and her rivals.
Every move the La La Land star made that night showed us all what it means for women to support women; from her obvious delight at co-star Olivia Colman's Best Actress win, to the pre-show bouquet of flowers she sent to her competitor, Emma was just the best person to have around. And the award for Most Supportive Friend goes to... You guessed it!
Before the show even started, Emma sent a bouquet of flowers to Marina De Tavira - who was nominated in the same category for her performance in Roma- along with this lovely handwritten note that told her what a "huge honour" it was to be nominated alongside her

The pair finally got to meet on the night, and shared a touching moment in the ceremony
Before she met Marina, she had a few catchups with some of the actresses she had worked with in the past on the red carpet. This snap of her reunion with Allison Janney - who played her mother in 2011 movie The Help - tells you all you need to know about how Emma gets on with the women she works with
This shot of her with Laura Dern is pretty damn adorable too
However, it was Emma's reaction to Olivia Colman's success that really warmed everyone's hearts

I mean, just look at how happy she is for her
It's completely fair to say that she was more excited for her co-star's Oscar win than her own in 2017

Just as loving as Olivia's husband Ed Sinclair

And, from the sounds of it, she didn't stop talking about Olivia all night

Emma, can you come and be my friend? Wonderful things sure do happen when women support women.
