Gypsy Rose Blanchard has received a divided response from social media users after revealing what TV show she watched when she was first released from prison.
The 32-year-old has been on somewhat of a media tour over the last two weeks, as she promotes the documentary The Prison Confessions of Gypsy Rose Blanchard.
This documentary tells the story of Gypsy Rose from her point of view, after she was sentenced to 10 years in prison over her involvement in her mother's murder.
Throughout her childhood, her mom - Clauddine "Dee Dee" Blanchard - frequently subjected Gypsy Rose to unnecessary medical treatments, which eventually led to multiple adverse effects on her daughter. Dee Dee was diagnosed with Munchausen Syndrome by proxy - a mental illness where ailments are projected onto another for someone's personal gain.
But Gypsy Rose's time behind bars eventually came to an end last month, when she was released on parole on December 28.
In her latest interview, Gypsy Rose appeared on The Viall Files: Going Deeper Edition, where she revealed several revelations about how she's been enjoying her time out of prison - including naming the first TV show she chose to binge.
"The first TV show I watched was Obi-Wan Kenobi because I'm a huge Star Wars fan," she revealed. "So, I was like, 'Oh my god, I'm dying to see this.'"
For those who happened to miss it, Obi-Wan Kenobi is a Disney+ series starring Ewan McGregor that tells the story of the titular Star Wars character between Episodes III and IV.
Personally, I loved the show - but not everybody (even Star Wars fans) enjoyed the series. As a result, Gypsy Rose's TV choice was criticized by many X users.

"Somebody got to tell her about the good Star Wars spinoffs she missed," one person tweeted, with a second adding: "Sending my condolences, not even her deserves to be subjected to that show."
However, Gypsy Rose did have some people who supported her decision, as one person replied: "Yass! Talk about living your best life after a little timeout! Who wouldn't want to jump into a galaxy far, far away?"
Speaking of Gypsy Rose interviews, her recent appearance on The View took an unexpected and painfully awkward turn when when 81-year-old Joy Behar appeared to momentarily forget Gypsy Rose's involvement in her mother's death, as the panelist attempted to defend her. Check out the moment below:
As Blanchard discussed her plans to use her newfound social media fame to advocate for the voiceless and emphasize alternative solutions to difficult situations, Behar initially tried to comfort her, saying: "No, no, no, don't say that."
"You had no choice," Behar added.
Blanchard, seemingly taken aback, clarified her stance, asserting that her past actions were indeed the wrong way to address her circumstances. "I did. I did something wrong, and I paid my dues for it," she replied.
It was at this point that Behar seemed to realize the gravity of Blanchard's statement and the context in which she was speaking. The moment led to an awkward exchange, with Behar initially responding with: "Oh, you mean that part. Oh, yeah. Nevermind."
Behar's co-hosts quickly chimed in, with Sara Haines jokingly asking: "Where are you going with this, Joy?"
