New trailer for Marvel's 'WandaVision' has left fans super confused
It's fair to say that 2020 has been a bit of a rough year to be a fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
After everyone was blown away by Avengers: Endgame, and teased with more to come with Spider-Man: Far From Home, we've all been left waiting for phase four due to the global pandemic delaying production.
However, despite these setbacks, Marvel has still been whetting our collective appetites for what's to come.
But with the release of the latest trailer for WandaVision - the upcoming Disney+ series starring Elizabeth Olson and Paul Bettany - many fans were left hyped... and seriously confused.
Take a look at the mind-screwy trailer for 'WandaVision' right here:

The trippy-looking show will allegedly explore the romantic relationship between the superheroic characters of the Scarlet Witch and Vision - who was killed by Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War.
However, the trailer seems to show Vision alive and well, and living in an idyllic suburban fantasy world with Wanda, in scenes reminiscent of classic sitcoms such as Bewitched and I Love Lucy. Seriously, it is unlike anything fans of the MCU have seen before.

The weird visuals and mindbending premise certainly seemed to intrigue and bewilder Marvel fans in equal measure. Thus, a number of people took to Twitter to share their feelings on the bizarre teaser.
Some fans even share their own (rather elaborate) theories as to what the heck is going on. For example, one Twitter-user going by the handle @BossLogic wrote:
"Wanda is stuck in her own mind or a case of her creating a Pocket-Dimension that she thinks is reality and with passing episodes it will show different timelines showing off a multiverse like situation, leading you to Dr. Strange Multiverse of madness. [sic]"
The series is one of the first live-action series created by Marvel Studios that will complete reference and affect the MCU, unlike Netflix shows such as Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and The Defenders.
WandaVision was originally supposed to follow The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, but lockdown delays have shifted Marvel's schedule, and the six-episode-long series is now expected to air on Disney+ in December 2020.
