South Park has taken its satirical war with Donald Trump to a new extreme, as in the latest episode, the president is revealed as the father of Satan’s baby.
The long-running animated series has mocked the 79-year-old in every installment of its 27th season, but Wednesday’s episode delivered its most jaw-dropping moment yet.
After dodging questions from reporters throughout the storyline - including speculation over Melania Trump’s absence from the White House - Satan appeared before cameras to address the rumors.
“Yes, we’re together. We’ve been together for months,” the devil admitted. “And I want to leave him, but I can’t. Because I’m pregnant.”
The scene cuts to Jesus holding a positive pregnancy test with a bewildered expression, followed by stunned Fox News anchors.
“So now you all know,” Satan continued.
“I am forced to stay in this situation for several more years.”
Moments later, he grabbed Trump’s hand as the pair fled the room.
Fox News hosts then debated whether Satan could biologically be pregnant, before a scientist confirmed the fetus was a “butt baby.”
One anchor concluded: “So Fox News can now confirm: Donald Trump has been f***ing Satan this whole time.”
The episode also poked fun at tariffs and America’s obsession with the Labubu craze.
Previous installments of the series have shown Vice President JD Vance reduced to a pint-sized servant and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem portrayed as a merciless dog killer.
The outrageous depictions have already sparked backlash from the White House. Spokesperson Taylor Rogers told Variety: “Just like the creators of South Park, the Left has no authentic or original content, which is why their popularity continues to hit record lows."
"This show hasn’t been relevant for over 20 years and is hanging on by a thread with uninspired ideas in a desperate attempt for attention.
"President Trump has delivered on more promises in just six months than any other president in our country’s history – and no fourth-rate show can derail President Trump’s hot streak," they added.
But ratings tell a different story as Comedy Central said the second episode of the season pulled in 6.2 million viewers in its first three days across cable and streaming, making it the “highest rated episode since 2018 and biggest share in series history," The Independent reported.
Legal experts say creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone have deliberately leaned into the so-called “small-penis rule” to shield themselves from potential lawsuits.
In the season premiere, the 79-year-old was shown naked in bed with Satan, dismissed with the line: “I’m not in the mood right now. Another random b*** commented on my Instagram that you’re on the Epstein list.”
Satan then mocked his manhood, claiming it was so small he “can’t even see anything".
The theory goes that if Trump were to sue, he’d have to confirm the depiction was accurate, undermining his own case.
“It’s a carefully calculated move,” one analyst noted, with the added protection of U.S. parody laws.
The season has also included digs at immigration policy, with counselor Mr. Mackey joining ICE, and raiding the set of Dora the Explorer.
He was later rewarded with a trip to Mar-a-Lago, where Trump and Satan offered him a threesome.
Dora, reimagined as a masseuse at the resort, narrowly escaped.
Reactions online have been predictably divided.
“The way South Park is dragging Kristi Noem has me on the floor,” one fan posted, while another wrote: “I have been watching South Park since 1997. I have never seen them bury someone the way they buried Kristi Noem tonight.”
Asked about the backlash at Comic-Con International, Parker stayed true to form with a sarcastic response: “We’re terribly sorry.”
South Park season 27 is streaming now on Paramount+.
