Tom Holland is once again proving why he is a perfect choice to be the "friendly neighborhood Spider-Man".
The 25-year-old Marvel Cinematic Universe star has revealed the one regret he has since taking over the mantle of the New York City web-slinger - and it all has to do with his Spider-Man brethren, Andrew Garfield.
As I'm sure many of you are aware now, Holland and Garfield joined Tobey Maguire on the big screen last year, when they each portrayed their version of the wall-crawling hero in Spider-Man: No Way Home.
However, speaking to The Hollywood Reporter in a recent interview, Holland has revealed how the Spidey reunion in No Way Home was much more than just a cool opportunity to work with his on-screen namesakes, as it also allowed him to make up for a past regret.

He explained: "Something I can look back on now with a little bit of clarity and regret is that I never called him when I took over as Spider-Man."
Holland continued: "Had someone said to me after my second movie that I was done and this other kid was taking over, I would've been heartbroken. So looking back, I wish I had the chance to make amends with him, but this film was our opportunity."
Holland also explained how No Way Home gave Garfield the opportunity to bid his version of Spider-Man the farewell he deserved.
"It was not only an opportunity for him to make peace with the character and the studio, but it was also an opportunity for me and him to have this moment where we realize we could share this thing," Holland continued. "The look on his face when he saves Zendaya [MJ] is totally genuine."
The British actor then added: "I'm really proud of him. I'm really chuffed that he got this opportunity to win back the world and for people to be reminded that his Spider-Man movies are fantastic and brilliant in their own right."
The scene was also an important one for Garfield, who admitted in an interview with Variety that the redemption scene "sold" him on accepting a role in the movie.

Garfield told the outlet: "I will say the image of my catching [Zendaya’s] MJ - that was really beautiful and it kind of sold me on the whole thing."
He said: "I wasn’t expecting to ever have a conversation again about potentially playing Peter Parker. I felt very excited to just to be a fan again. But I got this call from Amy Pascal and Kevin Feige and Jon Watts with this idea. It was immediately undeniable.
"It sounded incredibly fun, incredibly spiritual - trippy and thematically interesting. On a base level, as a Spider-Man fan, just the idea of seeing three Spider-Men in the same frame was enough.
