Viewers of ITV's morning television program, This Morning, were left stunned after a nudist inadvertently flashed his penis during a live broadcast segment.
Per Metro, the segment formed part of a promotion of a new competition whereby people could win a new car. Broadcaster Josie Gibson hosted the segment, and herself stripped off to join the gang, using her cue cards to cover her chest.
All was going well as the group of nudists covered their modesty in line with daytime TV regulations, using newspapers and windbreakers to tactfully obscure vision.
However one man was less fortunate in his attempt and inadvertently flashed exposed more than he intended to during the live broadcast.
You can watch the jaw-dropping moment for yourself right here:In the closing moments of the feature, a member of the group appeared to show his penis and groin accidentally, in the mistaken belief that his modesty was covered by the car door and a towel.
Unsurprisingly, hosts Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield were left stunned by the moment, squirming in their seats as they watched on from the studio.
And Twitter users were in stitches over the broadcast. One commenter wrote, "OMG did anyone watch @Josiestweet reporting live from a nudist colony on @thismorning One of the blokes stood behind a car they were advertising literally had his knackers completely out accidentally @hollywills & @Schofe were hanging off their chairs. Go watch it".
Another Twitter user added, "Omg just looking at @Schofe & @hollywills faces on @thismorning with the nudist man behind the car door showing a bit more than he should.."
A third commenter added, "This Morning today ...they've discussed dating apps, doing their competition from a nudist site and now doing a feature on OnlyFans with an interview with some woman making £10,000 a month selling nude photos ... who's the editor today?"
"That was close! That was close! We were right on the ragged edge there," Schofield exclaimed as the scene was brought to a close. The show then moved on to a cooking segment.
Remember, when it comes to live television, don't work with children or animals... or nudists.
