With many of us spending more time in front of our screens, I guarantee most of us have indulged in a true crime documentary or nine. (I hear there's one about tigers that's proving to be particularly popular.)

And if true crime docs aren't really your thing, then perhaps you could be persuaded with a cool $1,000?

That's right, you're favorite hobby of binge-watching crime documentaries can now earn you some money in the process.

MagellanTV is a streaming platform that focuses exclusively on documentaries. Now, they're offering a fan $1,000 if they can watch 24 hours of true crime docs in two days. And if you're like me, you're probably scoffing at the "challenge", as that's pretty much how I spend most of my weekends.

The selected participant will also get a one-year membership to the service absolutely free, as well as three three-month memberships for friends and family.

The chosen one will also be given 48 hours to watch 24 full hours of content, and we be required to document exactly what they're watching on social media. Once again, this is how I spend most of my free time anyway.

Perhaps the only catch is that the true crime documentaries featured in the challenge have already been selected.
