Flo Rida's six-year-old son is in intensive care after falling from a fifth-floor apartment window, according to reports.

Zohar Dillard, the musician's six-year-old son who he shares with Alexis Adams, is said to have suffered serious injuries after landing on concrete below.

The child, who was born with a rare neurological disorder, is claimed to have been left with fractures in his pelvis and left foot, a lacerated liver, collapsed lungs, and internal bleeding after falling from the window of their New Jersey home on March 4, according to multiple reports.

The 'Low' rapper, whose real name is Tamar Trace Dillard, has yet to comment publicly about his son's condition.

The child's mother has since filed a lawsuit claiming that the windows in the apartment 'posed a hazardous condition,’ per Page Six.

People reports that Adams' attorney, Steven P Haddad, wants a jury trial after claiming the building managers are at fault for the building being "in a negligent, careless and reckless manner creating foreseeable and dangerous conditions".

The owners and managers of the apartment building have been named in the filing, along with a construction company, a window installation company, and other defendants.

The suit claims that "incorrect sized guards" were installed in the windows despite them being on a fifth floor apartment, "thereby breaching their duty of care".

She told News12 New Jersey in a statement: "As a single mom to a special-needs child, this feels like a nightmare. My heart is broken into a million pieces.

"I am devastated, angry, and struggling to come to terms with the fact that my only child has suffered severe injuries due to willful negligence of our landlord and others involved In failing to take necessary safety measures."

Adams is also said to be seeking unspecified damages following the accident, as well as payment for her son's medical bills as well as her attorney's fees.

Zohar was born in September 2016 and has lived with hydrocephalus since birth, which is an "abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) within cavities of the brain called ventricles, resulting in pressure on the brain," per the Hydrocephalus Association.

Flo Rida and Adams' relationship has not always been smooth sailing, with Adams claiming in 2018 that the rapper had refused to meet his son.

Adams told the Daily Mail at the time: "Flo Rida has only seen his son once during the paternity test but kept his shades on and his back turned. They were in the same room. He didn't try to hug Zohar, nothing. It was very cold."

The DNA test ended up showing that Zohar was a 99.9 percent match to be Flo Rida's child, and despite the rapper covering his son's medical insurance and providing an undisclosed amount of child support each month, Alexis was pursuing a legal claim against him claiming "she does not feel the support is enough for a special needs child".

Our thoughts are with Zohar as we wish him a speedy recovery.
