Gwyneth Paltrow has spilled the tea on her famous ex-partners and let's just say we were not left disappointed.

Appearing on the latest episode of the notorious Call Her Daddy podcast with host Alexandra Cooper, the 50-year-old actress opened up about the intimate details of her early dating life.

Paltrow dated a number of high-profile celebrities including Brad Pitt, who she was with from 1994 until the pair called it quits in 1997 after getting engaged six months prior.

In that same year, the Iron Man star met her Shakespeare in Love co-star Ben Affleck, who she started dating. However, that relationship also came to an end just three years later after what was described to be an "on-and-off" romance.

In the podcast episode, Cooper asked Paltrow to pick between the two actors when it came to a range of different categories and while some may have found the task difficult (it's literally Brad Pitt and Ben Affleck, come on) Paltrow had an answer for everything.

The mom-of-two was asked to compare the two in a series of categories including: "Who is more romantic?", "Who was more likely to make you laugh?", and "Who are you more likely to get into an argument with?"

When asked who the better kisser was, she replied: "Oh my God, let me think. Gosh, I have to remember so far back.

"They were both good kissers," she added.

She was then questioned on who was better in bed.

"That is really hard," she continued. "Because Brad was like the sort of major chemistry, love of your life, kind... and then Ben was, like, technically excellent."

Cooper burst out laughing and later joked: "Holy f***, 'technically excellent.'"

"God bless JLo and everything she's getting over there," she added.

Later on, the two also played a quick game of 'F***, Marry, Kill' with Pitt, Affleck, and Chris Martin from Coldplay, who Paltrow separated from in 2016.

After thinking about it, she decided that she’d f*** Pitt, re-marry Martin, and drop Affleck.

"Ben, yeah, God bless him," she said.

Elsewhere during the discussion, the actress went into more detail about her two lovers, describing her relationship with Pitt as "major, major love at first sight."

"One night we were on the balcony of this house we were renting in this little town in Argentina," she recalled of the 59-year-old proposing. "I wish I remembered exactly what he said, but he proposed, it was fantastic, I was thrilled. We had talked about it, but I was surprised in the moment, I remember that. I must have been 24."

However the pair never made it down the aisle, and it left her "totally heartbroken."

"It was the right thing at that time, but it was really hard," she stated. "There were a number of things that had happened, he was nine years older than me so he was far more... he knew what he wanted, he was ready to do it and I was kind of all over the place, so it was really one of those difficult things, where I felt like, 'Oh my God, not only am I not ready, I'm not living up to the standards again.' It was a familiar refrain I felt about myself."

But later when she reflected on the situation, she realized understanding her boundaries was important to her.

"When I look back I really was a kid, really more than most 22-, 24-year-olds I meet now. I really had not explored who I was, what was important to me, what my boundaries were."
