The alleged reasons behind Gypsy Rose Blanchard's sudden split from her husband, Ryan Scott Anderson, have been revealed after the pair decided to end things three months after her release from prison.

Gypsy Rose and Ryan's relationship began while she was imprisoned for eight years following the brutal murder of her mother, Clauddine 'Dee Dee' Blanchard.

While Gypsy Rose was not involved in the killing, she had planned the murder with her then-boyfriend Nicholas Godejohn, to free her from being a victim of Munchausen by Proxy, after she had been forced to undergo hundreds of unnecessary medical procedures by her mother throughout her life.

Ryan had begun writing to Gypsy Rose while she was incarcerated, and the pair married in July 2022 while she was behind bars, but just three months after she was released in December 2023, they announced they were going to divorce.

Both parties have since filed restraining orders against each other, with Gypsy Rose initiating the divorce proceedings and asking for spousal support from Ryan.

Now, new reports have claimed to shed light on the bizarre reasons why Gypsy Rose decided to end her marriage after the pair "got into a major fight" over Ryan's alleged behavior.

According to reports from TMZ, a source close to Gypsy Rose claims that the fight was over Ryan's food hoarding, as well as his snoring at night.

The insider claimed that Gypsy Rose, 32, was not fully aware of the extent of her 37-year-old's hoarding until they moved into their two-bedroom apartment after her release from prison.

Ryan's alleged issues allegedly reminded Gypsy Rose of her mother Dee Dee, and she was "especially bothered" by the contents of the fridge, which was reportedly full of "old food items that needed to be thrown away."

The couple's "huge argument" about it was sparked when Gypsy Rose threw out the expired items, which Ryan was "not happy" about.

The insider claimed it left Gypsy Rose "shaken" and she felt it was "scary [Ryan] got so worked up about a fridge."

Their marital problems were also down to Ryan allegedly snoring at night and becoming a "human furnace", according to the outlet.

Neither Gypsy Rose nor Ryan has confirmed the reasons for their split, but she was the first to announce their separation in a Facebook post on March 15.

She wrote at the time: "People have been asking what is going on in my life. Unfortunately my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents' home down the bayou."

Ryan, meanwhile, told fans that they "will see what really happened" to cause the break-up in the couple's upcoming Lifetime reality TV show.
