Hailey Bieber is supporting her husband, Justin Bieber, in the wake of his shocking diagnosis.

Earlier this week, 28-year-old singer Justin revealed in a video to fans that he has Ramsey Hunt syndrome - a condition that has paralyzed half of his face.

His wife - 25-year-old model Hailey - was quick to show her support for him. She took to her Instagram story to re-share Justin's video, adding the caption: "I love u baby."

Ramsey Hunt syndrome occurs when a shingles outbreak affects the facial nerve near one of your ears. According to Mayo Clinic, it can cause facial paralysis and hearing loss.

In the original clip, Justin broke the news of his diagnosis to his 240 million Instagram followers by demonstrating that he cannot blink his right eye or smile with the side of his mouth.

"It is from this virus that attacks the nerve in my ear in my facial nerves and has caused my face to have paralysis," he explained, adding: "As you can see, this eye is not blinking. I can’t smile on this side of my face. This nostril will not move, so there’s full paralysis on this side of my face."

The singer went on to say that, regrettably, he's had to cancel all upcoming shows until he's recovered.

"For those who are frustrated by my cancellations of the next shows, I'm just physically, obviously, not capable of doing them. This is pretty serious as you can see. I wish this wasn't the case, but obviously my body is telling me that I've got to slow down," he told his fans.

“I hope you guys understand, and I’ll be using this time to just rest and relax and get back to 100% so I can do what I was born to do. But in the meantime, this ain’t it," Justin added.

The singer said that he wasn't sure exactly how long recovery would take - but that he had faith things would work out okay.

"We don’t know how much time it is going to be but it’s going to be okay, I have hope and I trust God. I trust it is all for a reason. I’m not sure what that is right now but in the meantime I am going to rest," he said.
