It's not looking good for Hailey Bieber as people are now bringing up her old tweets about Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez amid all the recent drama surrounding the trio.
It has been drama central following the re-sparking of the feud between Gomez and Mrs. Bieber.
According to fans, the two women have been involved in an indirect battle against each other, with 26-year-old Bieber apparently leading the troops against Gomez.
And while the past week might have garnered new attention to the rivalry, long-standing fans of the former Disney Channel star know that this has been an ongoing thing ever since rumors around Justin Bieber's infidelity to Gomez started swirling from 2017 to 2019, around the time that the 'Beauty And A Beat' singer allegedly got with his now-wife.
With this in mind, Gomez's fans, AKA the 'Selenators', have resorted to digging up some of Bieber's old tweets as a reminder that the Rhode skincare owner was actually "obsessed" with her husband's former relationship.
As per the Daily Mail, one tweet, posted in May 2011, read, "I'm for sure 100% team #Jelena," which was the ship name used to refer to the duo.
Another similar tweet read: "I don't care what anyone says but Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez together is the definition of a teenage dream!"
People credited the Only Murders in the Building actress for sticking to her principles and not using the damning evidence against Bieber.
"Selena better than me theres sm embarrassing s*** of hailey online that she could use against her," tweeted one user, while another pointed out: "It’s insane how many embarrassing moments hailey bieber has AND they’re caught in 4k."
A third even claimed she no longer has a Twitter account because of all the old content on it.
There was also a pretty awkward photograph that has started circulating on social media which shows Bieber smiling at the camera holding up a magazine cover of her now-husband with his ex.
Big yikes.
Not only that, but fans also found other inappropriate tweets that were published by the 26-year-old, including one that read: "Shut up before I slap you back to your own country!"
And if that wasn't enough, some fans were even sharing clips dedicated to all the times Bieber allegedly "copied" Gomez, referring to the model as "cringe" and "embarrassing."
The news comes shortly after the eyebrow fiasco that seemed to start a war between multiple fanbases.
Gomez posted shots of her eyebrows stating that she "laminated her brows too much", and within "three hours", Jenner took to her Instagram Stories to post close-up shots of her own eyebrows before following it up with Bieber's brows too.
After a video explaining the situation was posted to Twitter by Pop Base, fans started calling the Keeping Up with the Kardashian star out, even going as far as to brand her a "mean girl."
Jenner later took to TikTok to comment under a video about the alleged "shade" to slam people for "reaching."
"This is a reach," Jenner wrote before adding: "No shade towards Selena ever and I didn't see her eyebrow posts! U guys are making something out of nothing. This is silly."
Though fans weren't too convinced as they slammed her as "jealous" because around the same time, Gomez had dethroned Jenner as the most followed woman on Instagram.
In the wake of all the drama, Gomez announced that she would be taking a break from social media during a TikTok live.
Taking to the video-sharing platform last Thursday, the 30-year-old Princess Protection Program alum told fans that she will be stepping back from all forms of social media.
"I’m going to be taking a second from social media because this is a little silly. I’m 30 and am too old for this. But I love you so much and I’ll see you guys sooner than later," she said.
"I’m just gonna take a break from everything," she added.
Her assistant is now reported to be posting Rare Beauty content on her behalf.
