Staying fit at any age is no mean feat, but even more so later in life, but it's something that 54-year-old Halle Berry has got down to a tee.
She recently shared a phenomenal age-defying snap of herself and explained that "motivation is key" to keeping up with her fitness goals.
Wearing a low cut swimsuit, Halle's brunette hair was hanging down over her shoulders in the snap she shared with her 6.5 million followers.
Standing beside her fitness guru Peter Thomas, who was showing off his abs, Halle looked very much the epitome of timeless beauty and fitness.
Halle wrote alongside the snap: "Happy #FitnessFriday everyone!! Motivation is KEY these days, and while @peterleethomas and I will often work out without music, a good playlist can be a game-changer!
"So today, we're sharing our #SummerPlaylist, the songs we've been sweating to all summer (especially in this #HeatWave!)."
Needless to say, fans flocked to the comments section to compliment the pair.
One wrote: "Omg!!! You two look amazing!!!"

A second wrote: "Phenomenally Beautiful!! GORGEOUS!!"

A third added: "Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeez you are crazy gorgeous. My goodness. Inspiring."

The mom-of-two has previously said that she plans to let her body age naturally.

Halle said that she has no plans to go under the knife in an interview with Yahoo Beauty.
She said: "When you see everybody around you doing it [having surgery], you have those moments when you think, 'To stay alive in this business, do I need to do the same thing?'
"I won't lie and tell you that those things don't cross my mind, because somebody is always suggesting it to me. It's almost like crack that people are trying to push on you. That's what I feel like."
She went on: "I just have kept reminding myself that beauty really is as beauty does, and it is not so much about my physical self.
"Aging is natural, and that's going to happen to all of us... I just want to always look like myself, even if that's an older version of myself. I think when you do too much of that cosmetic stuff, you become somebody else in a way."
