Tom Felton has thanked fans for their support after a "scary episode" that saw him collapse while taking part in a celebrity golf tournament.
The actor, who turned 34 this week, experienced a "medical incident" and was sent to a local hospital for treatment, the PGA of America said.
Felton - who played Draco Malfoy in the popular Harry Potter films - was stretchered off after collapsing during a round of golf, per BBC News.
He was seen on the ground for some time, before being carted off the course.
Playing his acoustic guitar in a video shared on Instagram, Felton reassured fans that he is "on the mend" in his first social media post following the incident.
"Hello everyone, ladies and gentleman, boys and girls, just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the lovely well wishes as of recent... yeah, bit of a scary episode really," he said in the clip.
"But on the mend, people have been taking really good care of me so thank you very much to anyone who has sent messages of get well soon, because I am on the mend officially, in case you were worried."
"Thank you so much for your help, I’m on the road to recovery," he concluded. "Time to go watch some Ryder Cup action.”
"Feeling better by the day," he captioned the video.
Following the health scare, PGA of America said in a statement: "In today's Ryder Cup Celebrity Match, actor and musician Tom Felton experienced a medical incident on the course while participating for Europe.
"He was transported to a local hospital for treatment. No further details are available."
Felton was competing for Europe in the six-a-side Ryder Cup Celebrity Match, which is now a traditional curtain-raiser for the real thing.
Taking place at on the course in Whistling Straits, Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Felton was participating in a round of golf that also featured fellow stars Teemu Selanne, Mandy Rose, Toni Kukoc, Mike Eruzione, Stephanie Szostak, A.J. Hawk, Dan Jansen, Alessandro Del Piero, Kelly Slater, and Sasha Vujacic.
During the round, Felton appeared to collapse and immediately was surrounded by grounds crew and medical staff.
He remained on the ground for some time, but appeared to be conscious. Once he was able to be moved, medical staff brought a cart to his location, where he was put on a stretcher and likely was carted to the medical area.
The star is best known for playing Harry Potter's nemesis, Draco Malfoy, in the film franchise based on book series by JK Rowling.
He landed the hit role at just 14 years old - catapulting him to global stardom.
