Nicki Aycox - best known for her role as Meg Masters on The CW's Supernatural - sadly passed away on Thursday (November 17).
Her passing was announced by her sister-in-law Susan Raab Ceklosky via social media, but the cause of death is still yet to be confirmed.
The actress documented her two-year fight against leukemia via her Instagram account, where she shared videos and images updating fans on her fight against the disease. Now, fans have flooded her heartbreaking final Instagram post with tributes.
Her final post came on March 25 when Nicki filmed herself in her hospital bed after a session of chemotherapy, joyfully singing 'Here I Go Again' by Whitesnake.

The actress appeared to be in good spirits despite fighting an awful disease. She captioned her post: "STOP! DO NOT attempt to sing 80’s music after taking high doses of chemo will cause memory loss. Literally got not 1 lyric correct #cancersucks."
After her rendition of the song, she laughs along with others in the room and confirms she got "the seal of approval" from those around her about her singing.
The comment section of the post has since been flooded with well-wishers offering their respects to the late actress.
One person said: "I wish I had known to follow you and your journey before hearing of your passing 😢 you were too young…I’m so sorry and thinking of you and your family."

A second added: "Godspeed sweet angel. Prayers, love and strength to her family," with a third person saying: "Rest in Peace and Paradise."


A fourth user explains how Nicki's journey is a source of inspiration for him: "God bless you and your family. I was just diagnosed with leukemia a month ago. I am going through chemo now and it is very hard. You're fighting Spirit inspired me to not give up and keep going. I hope your family will find comfort in your memory of the good times."

According to the Daily Mail, the star became unwell and believed it to be covid but she was later told by doctors they had found cancer.
Nicki was best known for her work in the first and fourth seasons of Supernatural, alongside a plethora of other work she did for both TV and movie.
