Heidi Klum has once again stolen the crown as the Queen of Halloween - but some people may have missed her second stunning outfit of the night.

The 49-year-old supermodel - who is known for going all-out for the spooky season - did not disappoint this year by making herself unrecognizable as she transformed into a creepy worm look for her 21st annual Halloween party in New York.

Klum's nightmarish costume was weirdly realistic-looking, with her eyes - turned yellow due to the contacts - and teeth being the only facial features visible.

Despite the enormous amount of effort it must have taken the Victora Secret Angel to become the bug, Klum did not stay in the costume for long as she later swapped her outfit for a sultry nude look - while retaining her bizarre worm face.

Check out her look below:

In pictures posted on social media, Klum could be seen posing in a thin bodysuit with nothing but glitter lines covering her modesty, along with boots and her wavy locks laying freely across her shoulders.

While many users took to Twitter to comment on the model's first creepy look of the night, musician Katy Perry also commented on her second transformation, writing: "everyone surrender to @heidiklum."

Klum's husband, Tokio Hotel musician Tom Kaulitz, managed to correspond to her original look by dressing as a fisherman trying to use Klum as bait.

Meanwhile, the America's Got Talent judge's model daughter, Leni, chose a traditional cosplay for the season and dressed in a latex Catwoman costume.

Klum's fans waited patiently for her to reveal her 2022 costume after seeing her brilliant Halloween costumes in previous years.

Each year, her outfits seem to become even more detailed as she employs professionals to use paint and prosthetics to transform into mind-boggling cartoon characters and aliens.

In 2016, the model hired five women in prosthetics, wigs, and leotards to look just like her so that the six of them were clones for the night.

In 2011, she was inspired by the Body Worlds exhibition and dressed as a skinned human body with just muscle and nerves visible and was wheeled into the venue.

Lastly, a fan favorite was back in 2018 when the judge transformed into Princess Fiona from Shrek:

There's no stopping Klum! I wonder what she has planned for next Halloween.
