Jennifer Lopez has debuted a gorgeous pixie cut on the latest Allure Magazine cover – and fans just can’t get enough of the bold look.

The singer and actress’ new ‘do is the work of Lopez’s longtime hairstylist Chris Appleton.

Taking to his Instagram Stories to post a snap of the 51-year-old’s cover, Appleton explained, “So we changed it up for @allure cover shoot!” and referred to the new look as a “’90s-inspired wet look crop”.

Needless to say, fans were obsessed with the striking new haircut, taking to social media to express as much.

For example, one fan told the Ain’t Your Mama singer: “You look absolutely GORGEOUS omgggg [sic].”

Another gushed: “Wow!!! My queen. So beautiful, I love it because you are always reinventing yourself.”

A third chimed in: “Love the new cut. It's Fire. What better way to start spring, then with a fresh new look.”

As part of her interview with Allure Magazine, Lopez opened up about how she and her family have dealt with the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

She told the magazine: “I mean, the first part was like, ‘Wow, this is different. I think we all were filled with anxiety. We were in the Twilight Zone, like everybody else. I started trying to do things together. We would play baseball outside or paint together. We never get to do stuff like that. I was trying to take advantage of the time.”

Lopez shares 12-year-old twins Emme and Max with her ex Marc Anthony, while her fiancé Alex Rodriguez shares two daughters Natasha, 16, and Ella, 12, with his ex Cynthia Scurtis.

According to the Maid In Manhattan actor, Rodriguez had a surprisingly positive approach to quarantine.

She revealed: “Alex, of all people, was like, ‘I love it. I love being at home. I love doing my Zooms. I love knowing the kids are there, and you’re there all the time.’ It has been actually really good. We got to work on ourselves. We did therapy. I think it was really helpful for us in our relationship.”
