Johnny Depp's fans have been left baffled by his new appearance.
In a recent video that has racked up hundreds of thousands of views on TikTok, the star can be seen kneeling down to talk to a fan.
However, many viewers were so shocked by Depp's appearance that they could barely believe it was him. Indeed, some even went so far as to claim the video was of a Johnny Depp "lookalike" rather than the real deal.

Someone behind the camera asks the Pirates of the Caribbean star if he can impersonate one of his most beloved characters - Captain Jack Sparrow.
Depp launches into Jack Sparrow's voice, explaining in character how he perfects the slurred pirate accent and even pretending to be drunk as he mutters about "rum".
"This is another video of Johnny spending time with Christine Kelly (the wonderful lady that made us all cry when she met Johnny)," the caption of the clip reads.
Depp was certainly dressed like himself in his trademark bandana, waistcoat, and an array of jewelry. However, many people were convinced that the man in the video looked was not the Hollywood star.
"I think that's a Johnny Depp lookalike, the real Johnny Depp doesn't have ears like that," one person wrote.
Another agreed: "This is not Johnny Depp, he doesn't smile the same. Had me for a moment though, great costume"
"Tbh. I didn’t think it was him either. His mouth looks different. Sounds a bit under the weather. I’d say too much rum," chimed in a third.
However, one of these people thought Depp did look like himself once they'd realized he was impersonating Jack Sparrow.
"Oh. Looked at it again. Didn’t realize he was playing Jack Sparrow. Ooops. Maybe me had too much rum," they wrote in a follow-up comment.
Others pointed out that the only reason he looked a little different was that he had shaved his facial hair.
"It threw me off him with no facial hair," one commented. Another added: "Yes it's Johnny he just [shaved] guys."
