JoJo Siwa has seemingly thrown shade at her ex-girlfriend Avery Cyrus as she appeared to claim Cyrus used their short-lived relationship for her own gain.
As reported by the Daily Mail, Siwa and Cyrus split up after dating for three months as they realized they are "better off as friends." Cyrus said: "We decided that we are better off as friends! We are both so young and still just trying to figure our stuff out."
In a recent video shared to Cyrus's TikTok account, the pair seemed to confirm the split after Siwa handed over a present while stating: "Sorry for breaking up with you."
When quizzed by fans, Cyrus confirmed that the pair had indeed split up and they would be moving forwards as friends - though if the recent shade is anything to go by, this might be a bit tough!
Jessalyn Siwa - Siwa's mother - posted an Instagram story where she asked her daughter about her recent heartbreak and why she was so upset.
Siwa responded energetically and emotionally while pacing back and forth: "Because I got used, for views and for clout! I got tricked into being told I was in love and I got f***ing played."
According to the Daily Mail, Cyrus used to average just over a million views per TikTok video before she began dating Siwa and this rose to between 3.3 and 14.7 million after the couple got together and her famous girlfriend began featuring in her content.

Then during an October vlog, Cyrus said: "We're girlfriends now. I'm so happy you said yes. I knew you weren't gonna say no, I was just nervous."
Siwa rather gleefully replied: "I'd be insane if I said no, you're the best girlfriend in the world," however it now looks like the young love has delivered the painful sting that it often does.
Back in April, Siwa spoke publicly about her sexuality to People. "I always just say gay because it just kind of covers it or queer because I think the keyword is cool," she said. "Technically I would say that I am pansexual because that's how I have always been my whole life is just like, my human is my human."
Cyrus is yet to respond to the shade that has seemingly been thrown her way.
