What do Dakota Fanning, Owen Wilson, Mark Wahlberg, and Jonah Hill all have in common?
The answer is they all have famous siblings!
While you can probably name Elle Fanning, Luke Wilson, and Donnie Wahlberg, not everyone will find it as easy to name 39-year-old Hill's celeb sibling.
Funnily enough, you may have seen her before, as she's acted in films like Booksmart, Lady Bird, and Bad Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising - 29-year-old Beanie Feldstein.
And let me tell you, the internet was stunned to learn of her existence...
Not only is she a talented film actor, but Feldstein has also appeared in the Broadway productions of Hello, Dolly! and Funny Girl.
In recent years, once her connection to Hill was discovered, the pair have taken part in interviews where they've spoken about how much they love and care for each other. Aww! The pair took part in a joint interview for Interview magazine in 2019, where Hill recalled the day his younger sister was born. "I'm trying to remember the day you were born. Mom was obviously in the hospital giving birth to you, and I think Dad and I were getting pasta across the street," he recounted.
"I drive by that place sometimes, and I'm always thinking, 'That's where Dad and I were eating lunch, and then we met Beanie.' Isn't that funny? I don't know if I ever told you that," he added.
Hill even commended his sister on her growing success at the time, having then just starred in Lady Bird alongside Saoirse Ronan. "Everyone who meets Beanie is a fan. I directed a music video for Ezra [Koenig] and Steve Lacy at Zabar's, and this kid came up to me like, 'Ah! I'm the biggest Beanie Feldstein fan.' That kind of thing happens to me more and more now."
"I think what they love about your acting is that you can play any character, but that who you really are comes through in your work. Strangers seem to pick up on that," the Superbad actor continued.
Feldstein responded that she felt so lucky to have been part of the coming-of-age flick, which also starred Timothée Chalamet. "I had such an immensely lucky break with Lady Bird. I got to play the ultimate best friend, so people feel friendly with me. The fact that people feel a coziness with me is my dream," she told Hill.
Following her appearance in Funny Girl on Broadway, Hill praised his sister in a since-deleted Instagram post, where he wrote: "I watched my sister [Feldstein] absolutely radiate off the stage tonight in [Funny Girl]. I remember the day she was dressed like this and heard this little miniature human sing these songs her whole life. I'm obviously proud as her older brother, but what I saw her do tonight surpassed siblinghood or pride."
He continued, adding: "Her talent caused me to cheer from the depths of my heart. I'm floored. I love you [Feldstein] and I'm in awe of you and the talent you possess [...]."
