Julia Fox has spoken out about her short-lived six-week romance with Ye (formerly known as Kanye West), after she allegedly dumped him at the "first sight of a red flag".

The 32-year-old actress - who made her acting debut in 2019's Uncut Gems - has been raking in the followers on the video-sharing platform TikTok.

During the past week Fox has given her 1.3 million followers a glimpse of her DIY leaf dress, demonstrated how to turn overripe bananas into delicious banana bread, and now she's exposed some of the truths behind her whirlwind romance with the 'Famous' rapper.

Taking to TikTok, the mom-of-one replied to one of her follower's comments that read: "I just wish you weren't dating a famously violent misogynist and antisemite."

In response, Fox uploaded an almost three-minute-long video to the platform, in which, she discussed her previous relationship with the father-of-four.

Admitting that she was originally going to write about the romance in her upcoming memoir, Fox then stated: "But I'll tell you guys for free."

Check out what Fox had to say below:

"First of all," she continued, "the man was being normal around me. And not only that, when I had a fashion line ten years ago, they actually bought our clothes and sold them in their stores, so I've always had a love for [Kim Kardashian]."

This was apparently in reference to Fox's knitwear line, Franziska Fox, which the Kardashians sold in their boutique fashion and accessory chain, Dash.

"By the time me and [Ye] got together, he hadn't been doing anything 'out there' yet. The only thing he had done was change the name in the song that said 'come back to me Kimberly.' That was the only thing when we met," she said.

The Milan-born actress then stated that Ye had kept texting her, and that she was reluctant to respond or begin dating fellow celebrities again. "But he kept going and going, and he kept saying 'you have bad text etiquette,'" Fox added.

"But then I had this thought, and I was like 'oh my God, maybe I can get him off Kim's case. Maybe I can distract him, maybe I can get him to like me.' And I knew that if anyone can do it, it's gonna be me," she said.

At the time, Ye had been harassing Kim by revealing screenshots of their private conversations online, as well as blasting her in public videos on social media.

Fox then said in the video that during the month they were dating, Ye was not active on Twitter or any form of social media. In addition, he barely mentioned his relationship with his ex-wife, Kim, and "only really talked about clothes, weird ideas, and plans for the future."

"It was really beautiful you guys," she added, before saying: "But the moment he started tweeting, I was out [...] I was delusional, I thought I could help him."

Though, with all said and done, Fox said that she "deeply respects the man as an artist," and that she doesn't "want to reduce his career to some really bad moments."

Fox and Ye first met at a New Years' Eve Party on December 31, 2021 - just a few months after West split from Kim.

But after a much-publicized, whirlwind romance, Fox and West went their separate ways just a few weeks later in February 2022.

In a recent interview with the Evening Standard, the 32-year-old star briefly addressed their breakup, explaining that the romance quickly became unsustainable.

She went on to say that in the end, "I tapped out at the first sign of a red flag."

While Fox didn't specify the exact "red flag" that prompted her to dump West, she did hint that the rapper's "unresolved issues" put her off.

"It just seems like he had a lot to work on, and I just don't have time for it, or energy," she said, adding: "I don't have the bandwidth or emotional capacity for it. I'm proud of myself for that."
