Kanye West has released a disturbing new music video for his song 'Eazy' in which he buries an animated model that bears a resemblance to ex-wife Kim Kardashian's current boyfriend, Pete Davidson.

Since Kardashian and Davidson confirmed their romance, West has been very vocal about his disapproval and even implied that the comedian - who he's nicknamed 'Skete' - is his arch-nemesis.

As well as a string of Instagram posts swearing he will never let Davidson near he and Kardashian's four children, West shared an edited Captain America: Civil War poster that pits him and Davidson as enemies, and celebrated running "Skete off the gram" after the comedian deleted his Instagram profile.

He has frequently used the nickname "Skete" for the SNL star.

Now, the controversial rapper has gone one step further with a music video in which he appears to kidnap and bury the comedian - at least, that's how fans and the media have interpreted it.

You can watch the music video right here:

In the video for West's new track, 'Eazy', featuring The Game - the rapper can be seen in stop-motion form chucking a bag over "Davidson's" head. He then straps him to the back of a motorcycle and carts him away.

The figure is then buried in the ground with just his head poking out as West drops rose seeds over him. In a later shot, we see Davidson's head with the flowers blooming behind him.

At the end of the dark video, a text flashes on the screen saying: "Everyone lives happily ever after...except for Skete you know who."

The clip then ends with the words: "Jk he's fine."

West also throws shade on Davidson in the song's lyrics, where he raps: "God saved me from that crash, just so I can beat Pete Davidson's a** (Who?)"

Some people thought the music video was funny, with one joking in the comments: "Pete Davidson being Kanye’s worst enemy is the funniest s**t to me."

However, many other viewers were genuinely concerned by the dark video.

One person tweeted: "This is all types of terrifying. How is his management allowing him to do this s**t."

A second agreed, writing: "This is actually not funny anymore, I’m honestly scared for Kim and her kids, he shouldn’t be left alone with them anymore."

A third wrote: "Remember when Kathy Griffin lost her entire career for the photo of [Trump]? Kanye should be held to the same level of scrutiny. This is beyond dangerous."

Even filmmaker James Gunn chimed in, writing: "For the record, Pete Davidson is one of the nicest, sweetest guys I know. A truly generous, tender & funny spirit, he treats everyone around him with respect."

The music video dropped the same day Kardashian was declared legally single by Los Angeles County Judge Cochran, over a year after she first filed for divorce.
