Kelly Clarkson's fans have demanded to know her tips and "secrets" after the star posted a new photo to social media.

Taking to Instagram last week, the 41-year-old singer posted a full-length photo of herself in a black and electric blue v-neck dress with opaque tights and platform boots, showing off her weight loss transformation.

Her hair was pulled forward, with a bold makeup look to complete the full outfit.

The post received over 118,000 likes with hundreds of users taking to the comments to praise the star for "taking back [her] life." Have a look at the photo below:

"Please share your secrets!! What are you doing to look so amazing," wrote one user while another added: "Looks like someone is taking their life back 100%… you are just the sweetest human and deserve nothing but the best."

A third also stated that the singer has "been SERVING and SLAYING."

And while others were quick to criticize the 'Since You've Been Gone' singer over her transformation, others quickly shut those comments down, defending Clarkson and her health journey.

"Kelly you look GREAT! Why not just be supportive?" asked one user. "Being a woman is hard enough. It's no one's business why or how she lost weight. You can too. Stop tearing each other down. She does NOT owe you an explanation on anything! She look [sic] fantastic! Have a great day everyone."

Last year, Clarkson opened up about the challenges she faced in the entertainment industry as a result of her weight.

Speaking to actress Valerie Bertinelli on her The Kelly Clarkson Show, Clarkson spoke about the stresses she faced attempting to conform to industry standards. However, she revealed that she was able to overcome this after experiencing similar criticism as a young girl. She said: "What I am glad about is I think so many things happened to me when I was young about my weight.

"I think even at a young age, so many things get said. I think that’s when I was like, ‘Whatever, I’m not going to please anyone.’ I was lucky. It happened before I got in the industry."

Nevertheless, Clarkson added that people in the industry soon started to lose interest in her after she claimed she was viewed as not "aesthetically pleasing".

The 'Stronger' hitmaker has been vocal about her weight loss regime that helped her drop a whopping 37 lbs back in 2018. Clarkson swore by Dr. Steven Gundry’s best-selling book, The Plant Paradox, which, according to Good Housekeeping, "nixes gluten as well as other "lectins," a type of protein that is also found in many vegetables, fruits, nuts, and more."

Speaking to PEOPLE at the time, Clarkson delved deeper into the motivations behind her diet.

"I did it for this autoimmune disease that I had and I had a thyroid issue," Clarkson explained. "It is a really great book that changed my life, but I'm not saying it will change yours."

A source later told the outlet that "weight loss wasn’t the goal," for the mom of two. "This was an overall health approach."

Marisa Moore, an Atlanta-based registered dietitian, told the publication that The Plant Paradox plan takes a fairly restrictive approach to eating, and eliminates foods high in lectins, a protein that is "present in most foods to some degree, but highest in foods like beans and grains."

Moore also added that the diet is more of a "fad".

"Many of the claims regarding lectins and how they affect the body seem to be largely overblown without much human research to support them," she says. "Soaking and cooking destroys most lectins. and you can also ferment and sprout foods to help reduce lectin presence. (And I don’t know anyone that eats raw quinoa or kidney beans anyway.)"

Combined with the plant-based diet, PinkVilla also reported that the former American Idol contestant also has a strict workout regime that involves boxing for cardio, lunges, jump squats and Russian twists.

We love the fact that Clarkson is keeping her mind, body, and soul healthy and the results are clearly showing - we stan! 2023 is the year of self-care, girlies!
