It's time for fans of Kenan and Kel to get excited as they are set to reprise their roles as a Good Burger sequel is on its way!

Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell hit our screens in the 90s with their beloved comedy sketch show that most 90s kids still reference today.

It seems almost impossible to look at a bottle of Orange Soda without immediately turning into Kel and declaring your love for it.

The sketches (which included a movie) ran from 1994 to 2005 before the comedy duo parted ways, but they are teaming up once again to bring their iconic characters back in their second movie.

Watch the comedy duo announce the new movie below:

As reported by Deadline, the second Good Burger movie will reunite Kenan and Kel and it will follow the characters in the present-day fast food restaurant which features a whole new group of employees.

The news was announced on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and the movie will begin shooting in May with the premiere slated for later this year, streaming exclusively on Paramount+.

"I can’t believe it’s been a little over 25 years since great customer service was born at Good Burger," Thompson said after the announcement.

"Being a part of something so many generations of people have come to love has made me so proud and now to be back where it all began working on the sequel is surreal! Love performing with my brother Kel and can’t wait to show the fans what these characters have been up to since we last saw them."

Who loves Orange Soda? Kel loves Orange Soda:

Mitchell added: "Ed is one of those timeless characters that has brought so much joy and laughter to fans, and it’s such a beautiful blessing to still be doing it after all these years. It’s super awesome to come back and continue the stories of Dex, Ed, and Good Burger for both the people who grew up watching and their kids."

Phil Traill, who has credits with Brooklyn Nine-Nine and The Middle will direct the movie, and it is being written by Kevin Kopelow & Heath Seifert who are also taking on the roles of executive producers.

Shauna Phelan and Zack Olin - co-heads of Nickelodeon & Awesomeness Live-Action - will oversee the project and they announced their excitement at the upcoming movie.

"Good Burger is such a beloved movie that fans have cherished for years,” they said. “Packed with comedy, cameos, and plenty of Easter eggs from the original, Good Burger 2 will bring the nostalgia fans and a new generation of viewers together for another wild, hilarious Good Burger adventure."

It's time to get that Orange Soda ready because Kenan and Kel are officially back!
