First things first, Kendall has a giant glowing orb on her wall and she said that it's "a James Turrell", but we'd like to think it's a nifty portal to another world.
The 24-year-old then said she deliberately decided against having a TV in her living room because she finds that it encourages a "deep talks".
"I usually have the fire going, whether it's winter, summer, fall, spring, whatever it is."
There's even a section of the house seemingly dedicated to Kris Jenner.
"My mum is notorious for having the best bars," she says.
But perhaps the most surprising feature of Kendall's home is an art installation by Tracey Emin that has a number of measurements and reads: "Glad to hear you're a happy girl."
"I'm pretty sure the measurements are an ex-boyfriend of Tracey Emin's penis size, and then the message at the bottom is to his new girlfriend, 'Glad to hear you're a happy girl' …" she explains.
"Because he has a really big penis, I believe."
However, that's not the only big thing in Kendall's house, and her bed measures an impressive eight-and-a-half feet.
The model explained that there are "copper energy rings" at the bottom of her bed.
"Not exactly sure what they’re supposed to be good for, but someone told me to get them," she shrugs.
As if all that wasn't already envy-inducing enough, Kendall also has a giant gold bathtub that she uses "at least three times a week".
And then there's the 24-year-old's kitchen which, naturally, has its own island.
The 24-year-old then explains that two of her bedrooms have a fitting room and a glam room.
"Everyone in my family has a good glam room."
Kendall then explains that she casually has a separate entrance for her actual guests to keep them away from the, um, help.
"There's a really nice door so my glam people can come in and out really easily and not have to walk through the whole house," she says.
Last, but most certainly not least on Kendall's house tour is her giant walk-in wardrobe.
"Fun fact, I purge my closet at least every two months," she says. "It's one of my favorite things to do; I feel like a newborn baby every time I do it."
So there you have it - Kendall Jenner's house tour. Oh, how the other half live.
