Kevin Costner's estranged wife is apparently refusing to leave his $145 million mansion, despite the terms of their divorce and prenuptial agreement.
In fact, it has been reported by TMZ that Costner's wife Christine had 30 days after filing for divorce to leave his house. Given that she filed on May 1, the deadline has passed, as she's still at the property.
It is also alleged that Christine, 49, is deciding not to move out of the home in an effort to force 68-year-old Costner to agree to her "various financial demands."
People detailed that the Dances With Wolves actor has given his ex-wife over $1 million more than what was required in their prenuptial agreement. A source told the magazine: "He has gone above and beyond what the prenup specified."

The legal documents - which have been obtained by TMZ - also hold that Costner has been willing to contribute a $10,000 advance toward Christine's moving costs, as well as offering up $30,000 a month for a rental home.
A representative for the Yellowstone actor confirmed to People that the couple - who were married for 18 years from 2004 - had separated earlier this year on April 11, citing irreconcilable differences.
Costner, in response to Christine's divorce filing, has asked for joint custody of the couple's children - two sons and a daughter. The prenup also detailed the terms of spousal support, properties, and legal fees.
The "separate property" Costner's legal team listed include: "Miscellaneous jewelry and other personal effects; earnings and accumulations of Respondent before marriage, during marriage, and from and after the date of separation; [and] there are additional separate property assets and obligations of each party as mandated by the parties' Premarital Agreement."
The agreement also added: "Pursuant to the terms in Paragraph 9.A. of the parties' Premarital Agreement, Petitioner to vacate Respondent's separate property residences."

In a statement released by Costner's team in May, they said: "It is with great sadness that circumstances beyond his control have transpired which have resulted in Mr. Costner having to participate in a dissolution of marriage action. It was not anything that he wanted or sought, and if he could change the situation, he would."
A source close to the family revealed that, while Costner obviously didn't intend for the couple to get a divorce, he was aware that his wife had been unhappy. Christine, on the other hand, had allegedly become frustrated at the fact that Costner was often away from home for long periods during filming, and was not so focused on spending time with the family at their Santa Barbara home.
"His absence has been very hard for her," the source said. "Christine doesn't want him to throw himself into another project. He has been obsessed with filming Horizon since last year. She wasn't happy about it."
