Khloé Kardashian has discovered that she has brain trauma following shock cheating claims about her ex, Tristan Thompson.

Late last year, the 38-year-old mom-of-one discovered her boyfriend, NBA star Thompson, had cheated on her for the third time - directly after the couple had just gone through egg implantation with the surrogate who would be carrying their second child.

As it turns out, Thompson, 31, had not only cheated on Khloé, but documentation emerged showing that he was aware that he was expecting a child with another woman, but had chosen to keep this secret from the Good American founder.

On this week's latest The Kardashians episode, which was filmed in July 2022, the youngest Kardashian sister gets roped into a brain scan by her younger health-conscious half-sibling, Kendall Jenner.

In the episode, Khloé states: "Kendall is all about perfecting herself, like from the inside out, and Kendall's latest thing is this brain scan type thing."

"If it's non-invasive, I'll try it," she says, before adding: "I have had a fair amount of anxiety and stress in my life, so doing a scan on my brain to see my stress levels and everything does not sound too bad."

Kendall then tells her sister that the doctor "scans your brain and he sees where it's like firing and he says you 100% have anxiety and he can see it all in your brain."

"I think you would really like it. I'm actually so interested to see how your brain looks, mostly after everything that's happened with Tristan," she adds.

The supermodel had supposedly told Kim earlier that she was worried about Khloé, who she feared had gotten extremely "skinny."

Prior to the brain scan, Khloé was asked to take an online test - the results of which did not make her too happy as she apparently only received a 1% for resiliency.

"Get the f*** out of here. Like you go through what I've gone through in my lifetime and see how the f*** you handle it," she jokingly huffs at the computer.

Later on in the episode, Kendall and Khloé visited LA psychiatrist, Dr. Daniel Amen, for a physical brain scan. Dr. Amen shows Khloé a copy of Kendall's scan, explaining that she had a "beautiful brain on the outside, except here on the front it was hurt and I think that was from snowboarding accident."

"If we look at her emotional brain, she's way too busy, which is why she can struggle with anxiety," he continues.

"'If we look at your brain, you hurt your brain at some point," the doctor explains, to which Khloé replies that she had a traumatic head injury at age 16 when she flew head-first through a car windshield during an accident.

Dr. Amen also adds that he sees Khloé has suffered "emotional trauma," asking her what she has struggled with emotionally.

"My dad died when I was 19. I was married for five years, got a divorce. My husband was struggling with drugs," Khloé responds.

"He had a lot of trauma and then I think I was exposed to a lot of trauma, being in that relationship. My last ex-boyfriend, there was a lot of cheating involved, I was pregnant, and then he just had a baby with someone else while we were together… and all these things I find out about from social media, not myself, so it's pretty traumatic," she explains.

"'I'm resilient, I'm strong, I'm powerful, I have head trauma. We're good," the reality TV star tells herself after the scan.

The Kardashians is aired each Thursday on Hulu and Disney+.
