Khloe then took the opportunity to address the recent scandalous leak 0f unedited photos of herself on social media, stating:

"Therapy time! So this is my therapy and I don't think anyone works out better or stronger than someone that's frustrated, angry, mad, determined.

"Let it all out in the gym because that's what I'm about to do."

The leaked image in question shows Khloe in a bikini, which was allegedly taken at her mom Kris Jenner's home in La Quinta, California, where the Kardashian family recently spent Easter together.

The unfiltered picture bears very little resemblance to the sort of highly edited snaps that Khloe usually posts online.

In a statement to Page Six, Tracy Romulus, Kim Kardashian's friend and chief marketing officer for KKW brands said: "The color edited photo was taken of Khloé during a private family gathering and posted to social media without permission by mistake by an assistant.

"Khloé looks beautiful but it is within the right of the copyright owner to not want an image not intended to be published taken down."

Khloe has also shared a statement about the recent unedited snap and live-streamed herself stripping off her baggy sweatshirt to show off her body to her Instagram followers.

In a lengthy caption for the live stream, Khloe stated: "Hey guys, this is me and my body unretouched and unfiltered. The photo that was posted this week is beautiful."

She continued: "But as someone who has struggled with body image her whole life, when someone takes a photo of you that isn't flattering in bad lighting or doesn't capture your body the way it is after working so hard to get it to this point – and then shares it to the world - you should have every right to ask for it to not be shared – regardless of who you are.

She added: "In truth, the pressure, constant ridicule and judgement my entire life to be perfect and to meet other's standards of how I should look has been too much to bear."

"My body, my image and how I choose to look and what I want to share is my choice. It's not for anyone to decide or judge what is acceptable or not anymore."

She ultimately concluded: "We are all unique and perfect in our own way. Whichever way one chooses to be seen.

"I have realized that we cannot continue to live life trying to fit into the perfect mold of what others have set for us. Just do you and make sure your heart is happy."
