Kim Kardashian has kissed goodbye to a dramatic year with an NSFW bikini post on her Instagram this week.

The 42-year-old reality TV star and businesswoman has documented her stressful year on her family's latest reality show The Kardashians. The series - which was streamed on both Hulu and Disney+ - ended its second season in November, after multiple bombshells were dropped.

In the show's first season earlier this year, Kim battled a potential second sex tape leak, which she discovered after her son showed her an ad pop-up in a video game. Kanye West managed to help locate the laptop that allegedly contained footage of the sex tape, presenting her with it ahead of her much-anticipated SNL hosting gig.

It was at that SNL gig where she met her now-ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson, with the pair dating for almost one year before parting ways.

Season two picked up where it left off last season, which saw Khloe make the devastating discovery that her then-boyfriend Tristan Thompson had cheated on her for a third time and secretly fathered another child - mere days after the seemingly loved-up pair had implanted an embryo in their surrogate in anticipation of a second baby.

The SKIMS founder has evidently had enough of 2022, as she took to Instagram post an image of herself in a silver bikini, resting on her knees and looking back at her reflection in a window. The bikini bottoms exposed much of her famous derrière, and she captioned the image: "Looking back at '22." So far, her post has received over 2 million likes and 18,500 comments.

This year also saw the finalization of Kim's marriage to Kanye West (who is now known as Ye), after an eight-year marriage and four children together. Ye has had his own controversy, being dropped from multiple brands including Gap, Vogue, and Adidas, among numerous others.

Recently, Ye and Kim reached a settlement regarding child support in Los Angeles Superior Court. As a result, Ye will now be paying his ex-wife $200,000 a month in child support for their four shared children - working out to be $50,000 a month per child. Evidently, that's how much money it costs to raise a Kardashian-West child. Comparatively, the average child support payment in the US state of California (where the Kardashian family resides) is $430 per child per month, according to Vista Family Lawyer.
