Kim Kardashian is one of the most instantly recognizable people on the planet, but now, to promote a new line of cosmetics, she has shared a series of pictures of herself from the 90s - and she's completely unrecognizable!
She posted the throwback pictures to her Instagram stories on Wednesday in celebration of the line's launch this Friday.
The 38-year-old explained that the grunge look she's sporting played a huge role in influencing the collection.
She captioned the pictures of herself wearing a white shirt, denim jeans and sneakers: "Beeper, choker, dark lip, Adidas, fat laces."
The reality TV star turned businesswoman announced the new collection on Instagram writing: "I'm so excited to announce my new 90's inspired collection of all matte formulas- The Matte Smoke & Matte Cocoa Collections!!!"
Pictured below are three 90s inspired lipstick shades: 90s Runway, 90s Supermodel and 90s Icon.
The 90s is very much hailed as an iconic decade, and Kim has frequently celebrated the era by wearing throwback looks.
In addition to the snaps of her outfits, the 38-year-old shared a close-up of her makeup in the 90s, explaining that it inspired her "icon" shade.
"I get a lot of my makeup inspiration from the 90s and love how nostalgic this entire collection is," she revealed.
Kim that she's particularly attached to this makeup collection because it reminds her of growing up in the 90s.
She added: "I used to wear this burgundy lip all the time in high school! These are the new matte lipsticks and liners for the matte cocoa collection [sic]."
