Reality star and socialite Kris Jenner has been accused of sexual misconduct by a former bodyguard.
Marc McWilliams has sued Kris, David Shield Security, Armor Protection Services Inc., and Kourtney Kardashian for alleged sexual harassment, fostering a hostile work environment, racial and gender discrimination, and retaliation.
In court documents cited by Page Six, McWilliams claimed on Wednesday that he was subject to "to a pattern of unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances and otherwise harassing misconduct" from his supervisor, 64-year-old Jenner that began in May 2017.
He claims that he subject to unwanted physical contact from Jenner that was of "an inappropriate and sexual nature," however, it did not go any further when he complained to Jenner and his supervisors at Shield Security.
The former bodyguard said he also complained to human resources between May 2017 and September 2018, but they did not take action on his complaints until Jenner "began intentionally retaliating against" him.
He said that he was then suspended from working alongside Jenner, but he continued to work in a security capacity for Kourtney until he was ultimately "terminated" from his position.
McWilliams is now seeking damages as a result of the alleged misconduct.
Jenner's attorney, Marty Singer, told Page Six in a statement: "Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian vehemently deny the completely false claims made by former security guard Marc McWilliams.
"His absurd allegations are clearly fabricated and are contrary to easily confirmed facts. Kris never acted inappropriately toward him."
Singer further claimed: "The security company stopped assigning McWilliams to work there after the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job. Significantly, McWilliams never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until contriving this ludicrous claim a year later.
"Although Kourtney is named in the suit, she is not accused of doing anything improper, nor did she do so. When Kris and Kourtney defeat this frivolous lawsuit, they intend to immediately sue McWilliams and his attorneys for malicious prosecution."
