After a week of speculation, Megan Fox has finally broken her silence on rumors surrounding the alleged cheating scandal involving her fiancé Machine Gun Kelly.
Last weekend, fans were left confused after Fox, 36, deleted all of her photos with her partner, 32-year-old musician MGK (AKA Colson Baker) before following his arch-rival Eminem and sharing a photo with a caption about "dishonesty", which led them to believe that the pair had split.
Since then, the couple has also been seen leaving marriage counseling sessions, but their usual over-the-top PDAs were nowhere to be seen, and instead, they walked out and left the premises in separate cars.
A fan's comment on the post - which Fox replied to - also sparked rumors the alleged cheating scandal involved Baker's guitarist, Sophie Lloyd, but the musician's representatives have heavily denied those claims.
"Sophie Lloyd is a professional, accomplished musician who has been needlessly dragged into the media based off of meritless accusations made by social media," her management team exclusively told Page Six in a statement on Wednesday.
"Any suggestion that she has ever acted in an unprofessional manner or stepped out of her relationship are untrue. It’s disrespectful to her as a female artist and poor journalism and social commentary to be reporting anything else."
According to the outlet, some fans were accusing Lloyd of having an affair with MGK with one comment under Fox's now-deleted post stating: "He probably got with Sophie."
The 36-year-old actress even responded with "Maybe I got with Sophie" before fully deactivating her account.
Now, just a few days later, Fox has returned to Instagram with a message denying any "third party involvement" within her relationship.
"There has been no third party interference in this relationship of any kind," she wrote in a Notes app screenshot. "That includes but is not limited to... actual humans, DMs, AI bots or succubus demons."
She went on to add: "While I do hate to rob you of running random baseless news stories that would have been much more accurately written by ChatGPT, you need to let this story die and leave all of these innocent people alone now."
The comments on the post have been restricted.
She also took to the comments on a recent post of Lloyd's, adding: "How me making a joke in order to absolve this girl of a hurtful accusation somehow turned into a confirmation of it - I will never understand. Why are people so…so dumb.
"Sophie you are insanely talented. Welcome to Hollywood. Your first unwarranted PR disaster. You have now been baptized by the flames of fame.
"It only gets worse from here unfortunately. Just ignore it as much as you can, middle finger up."
There have been no further updates on whether Fox plans to stick around on Instagram, or if she just came back to post her message and then leave again - only time will tell.
Let's hope the couple manages to work out their differences.
