In the leadup to the 2020 election, it has been reported that Melania Trump was taped making derogatory remarks about Donald and his daughter Ivanka.
Per the Guardian, reporter Yashar Ali claimed on Monday (24th August) that a number of anonymous sources said that Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, a former friend and adviser "taped the first lady" as she made the comments and plans to reveal them in her upcoming book, Melania & Me, which is set to be released on September 1.
They include "harsh comments about Ivanka Trump, the president's elder daughter, and a senior adviser", Ali wrote.
In the video below, a TikToker contemplates how to save Barron Trump:This comes after Washington Post published tapes of Trump's older sister Maryanne Trump Barry, describing the president as "cruel" and slamming his behavior and actions.
While surreptitious, the tapes were released legally by Mary L. Trump, the president's niece, in her bestselling July book, Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man.
Mary's book was published by Simon & Schuster, who have also published another book by John Bolton, Trump's former national security adviser, and they are releasing Melania & Me as well.

While promoting the latest book, the publisher said Wolkoff, a long-term friend of Melania Trump "was recruited to help produce the 58th presidential inauguration and to become the first lady’s trusted adviser".
"… Then it all fell apart when she was made the scapegoat for inauguration finance irregularities. Melania could have defended her innocent friend and confidant, but she stood by her man, knowing full well who was really to blame. The betrayal nearly destroyed Wolkoff."

The special counsel and authorities in New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia have been investigating the fundraising for Trump's inauguration, which was allegedly used to enrich Trump's family members.
While the president has yet to explicitly comment on reports about the content of Wolkoff's book, reacting to his sister's comments, he implied that he was used to such comments being made about him.
"Every day it's something else," Trump said. "Who cares?", according to The Guardian.
