Mia Khalifa was left in tears after the girlfriend of one of her fans made a pretty despicable joke.
Khalifa took the adult film industry by storm in 2014, and despite only staying in the business for a few months, her time there was incredibly... impactful, shall we say?
She rose through the rankings on various adult film sites and eventually became one of the most viewed stars in the world - but despite leaving that life behind, it seems that some won't let her move on.
In one of the many interviews the now-31-year-old has done about her time in the industry, her conversation with YouTube star Anthony Padilla is one of the most compelling. She even opened up about an unfortunate incident that left her in tears.
"I was at a business meeting in London and I was there with a company that I had just signed with," Khalifa began. "It was the two men who were the heads of the company and my manager at the time. We were just sitting down celebrating having just done a great press tour for the project we were working on, and I get come up to by this guy and his girlfriend."
The man asked Khalifa for a photo, but she refused because she was eating lunch at the time in a professional setting. She did admit, though, that she could have handled it better.
Defending how she declined him, she branded the guy "rude" for coming up to her while she was eating with other people.
The man's girlfriend then piped up and made a horrific joke. "I told you that wasn't her. There's not enough c*m on her face. Let's go, babe," the girl said.
This hit Khalifa pretty hard, and she revealed that she went to the bathroom and cried. "I didn't really know how to handle it, especially because it came from a woman and especially because I was there for business," she said.
Luckily the businessmen that she was with, who weren't connected to the adult film industry, were completely understanding of the situation and attempted to comfort Khalifa - and it didn't impact their working relationship.
The former adult star also appeared on an episode of Steven Bartlett's Diary Of A CEO podcast, where she revealed that her "abusive" relationship when she was in her late teens was the driving factor behind her getting into adult film.
Her then-husband, who was in the US Army at the time, presented the world of adult film to her and encouraged it. She now describes the relationship as "grooming" and that she was his "toy to play with".
Despite only being in the industry for a short amount of time, Khalifa's family disowned her and she now lives her life knowing that "some mistakes aren't forgivable".
