Millie Bobby Brown and Noah Schnapp have revealed that they have a marriage pact - they'll wed if they're both still single at 40!

During the promotions for the latest season of the hit Netflix show Stranger Things, co-stars Brown, 18, and Schnapp, 17 interviewed each other about their friendship.

The teen actors shared in their interview with MTV News that they have a marriage pact and will tie the knot if they're both still single a couple of decades from now.

While the pair have plenty of time to figure things out, they have already established a few conditions for their potential union. They spoke about what it would be like to marry your best friend in a "completely platonic" way.

The MTV News interview was posted on June 2 and has since been viewed over 1 million times on YouTube.

"We said if we’re not married by 40, we’ll get married together," Brown began, adding that they would "be good roomies", with Schnapp agreeing.

"No kids, though, cause I could not deal with a child of yours," Brown joked, and Schnapp responded that kids would be a deal-breaker for him as well, with Brown adding, "Only dogs, and separate bedrooms for sure. My God, you're so messy."

Brown and Schnapp star as Eleven and Will in the sci-fi drama Stranger Things. The stars met while filming the first season in 2015 and have been close friends ever since.

Brown noted in the interview that she's known Schnapp for eight years, making him one of her oldest friends. She said she doesn't have friends from school because she didn't go regularly, so Schnapp has become one of her closest friends.

Speaking about the friendship, Brown asked Schnapp how their closeness off-screen helps their on-screen chemistry. Schnapp said work is easier because he's with his friends.

"We both encourage each other and cheer each other on when we're doing well, and it's nice to have that support, and like, it was fun. I loved it," Schnapp said.

Brown also said that as a young woman working in the entertainment industry, "it's really hard when you are constantly surrounded by male energy," she said, adding that Schnapp has always made her feel comfortable and empowered, calling him an "amazing co-star to riff off of."

Volume 1 of Stranger Things season four premiered last month, and Volume 2 will be released on July 1.
