The Nirvana baby has asked for his genitalia not to be used on the 30th-anniversary issue of Nevermind.
Spencer Elden, 30, is in the process of suing Nirvana and Kurt Cobain's estate after he featured naked on the front of their iconic album cover Nevermind, and now he has asked for his genitalia not to be used on the 30th-anniversary reissue, TMZ reports.
According to the news outlet, Elden's attorney Maggie Mabie said it's time to "end this child exploitation and violation of privacy."
Elden explained that he is subject to unwanted attention every time the iconic album is reissued.
Now, as the album nears its 30th anniversary in 2021, his lawyer said that it's time for it to stop.
Watch an interview with Elden below:Elden has argued that the cover has allowed Universal and Nirvana to profit from "child pornography."
He said that Universal "intentionally commercially marketed Spencer's child pornography and leveraged the shocking nature of his image to promote themselves and their music at his expense" and resulted in "lifelong damages."

According to Elden's lawyer, he has finally decided to take action about the cover because he "finally has the courage to hold these actors accountable."
He explained that as part of his case against the band, he wants the cover changed for a 30th-anniversary edition.
Mabie said: "If there is a 30th-anniversary re-release, he wants for the entire world not to see his genitals."
The suit states: "Cobain chose the image depicting Spencer - like a sex worker - grabbing for a dollar bill that is positioned dangling from a fishhook in front of his nude body with his penis explicitly displayed."
While Elden has recreated the Nevermind cover with his genitals covered in the past, his opinion of it has grown more negative over the years.
The Independent reports that in 2015, he said that it was "cool but weird to be part of something so important that I don't even remember."
Elden added: "It'd be nice to have a quarter for every person that has seen my baby penis."
