Post Malone had to be attended to by medics after taking a nasty fall while performing on stage.
The footage, which has since been shared widely across social media, shows the 27-year-old musician - real name Austin Richard Post - falling through what appears to be a trapdoor and colliding hard with the stage.
As people in the crowd begin to scream, the 'Congratulations' hitmaker can be seen writhing around in agony, as stage employees rush to the rapper's side.
TMZ has since reported further details on the startling video, revealing that the incident took place on Saturday evening (September 17), at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
Malone was performing his track 'Circles' when he took the fall.

Speaking to TMZ, eyewitnesses later described the rapper's legs as "shaking uncontrollably".
Malone was then helped off the stage by medics.
The rapper then asked those in attendence to give him a few minutes to assess the situation backstage. And, even though many were reportedly doubtful that he'd return to the stage, he managed to do so 15 minutes later and was able to continue the performance.
However, TMZ reports that Post Malone was seen clutching his ribs as he performed the hits 'Rockstar' and 'Cooped Up'.
Amazingly, he finished the show and TMZ reports that the rapper even hung around after to sign autographs for fans.
In response to the music icon soldiering on, many social media fans have been flooding the star with praise, with one TikToker commenting: "The fact that he came back out after that to finish this show is wild. he's a good dude".

Although there have been no updates on Post Malone's current condition, he is expected to return to the stage tonight (September 18) in Columbus as part of his Twelve Carat Tour.
